We offer pre-paid returns for a €8 fee (deducted from final refund).
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of order date.
We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached.
Items marked final sale are not eligible for return. For customers in the European Union, the right to cancel and return within 14 days is not affected by the ‘final sale’ designation.
Orders placed between Oct 29th – December 31st, 2026, can be returned through Feb 1st, 2027. This policy will not apply to any items purchased as final sale or collaboration items.
