Free standard shipping on orders over AU$185 (4 - 10 business days)
Free express shipping on orders over AU$350 (3 - 7 business days)
Please expect a processing time of 2-3 business days for orders placed with standard shipping.
Order by 7 December (Standard) or 15 December (Express) for delivery before 24 Dec.
Duties and taxes are included, we guarantee no additional charges on delivery.
RETURN POLICY
We offer pre-paid returns for AUD15 fee (deducted from final refund).
Orders placed between 30th October and 31st December 2025, can be returned through 31st January 2026. This policy will not apply to any items purchased as final sale.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of order date.
We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached.
Items marked final sale are not eligible for return.
