RETURN POLICY

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of order date. We offer express tracked pre-paid returns with DPD for a £7 fee (deducted from final refund).

We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached.

Items marked final sale are not eligible for return. For customers in the United Kingdom, the right to cancel and return within 14 days is not affected by the ‘final sale’ designation.
