Return for Store Credit or a Refund.
You can make a return within 30 days of placing your order for a store credit or refund. Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
Follow the guidelines to ensure a valid return and efficient processing.
Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached.

Domestic returns are subject to a $6.00 return shipping fee; this fee is waived if you select store credit as your form of return payment.
- Orders placed between Oct 30th – December 30th, 2025, can be returned through Feb 9th, 2026. This policy will not apply to any items purchased as final sale and collab items.
- New, unworn, and unwashed merchandise may be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days, with proof of purchase.
- Merchandise must be in original condition, with all tags and liners still attached; untagged items should be returned with original packaging.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only (including prepaid credit cards) or for store credit at your discretion; store credit will be issued in the case of gift returns.
- Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
- Online orders may be returned by mail, at a Happy Returns Return Bar, or in-person at a SKIMS store location. Original shipping fees will not be refunded. We partner with Happy Returns to offer box-free, printer-free, and sustainable returns. Start your return online, select the items you wish to return and tell us why. Then, locate a Return Bar near you and use the QR code emailed by Happy Returns to complete your return drop-off in less than a minute.
- Please note that SKIMS Outlet purchases may only be returned at SKIMS Outlets or at skims.com. Purchases made at non-outlet SKIMS stores or on skims.com cannot be returned at SKIMS Outlet locations.
- Items purchased in-store can be returned online or at a store location. To return online, you must have provided your email address at the time of purchase for a digital receipt or association with your SKIMS account. Items purchased without providing an email identifier can be returned at a SKIMS store location only.
- Combined returns are prohibited.
- Return labels for APO/FPO addresses cannot be generated.

All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at SKIMS’ discretion, including determining whether an item is unworn and unwashed, with the intent of providing the best experience to our guests. Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns. If we choose to provide a refund beyond 30 days or in the event there’s no proof of purchase, refunds will be applied to a SKIMS gift card or in accordance with applicable local laws.
In some circumstances, we may request that additional information be provided, including personal information, for verification purposes. SKIMS’ practices relating to collection, use, and sharing of such personal information are further detailed in our PRIVACY POLICY.
