It does snatch in my waistline, don’t get me wrong but there are a couple of things that make this garment not as great as I had anticipated. First thing, and maybe this is on me for not realizing, zero lower belly control. I was anticipating the core control to extend to the lower midsection and it does absolutely nothing for that. That was mainly what I was looking for with this. And secondly, the bottom front of this thing is very narrow. Personally, I don’t like the feeling of something riding up my lady bits when I’m walking so it could afford to be a little wider coverage at the bottom. I’m going to try the shorts version and hopefully the fit/coverage is a little better!

I ordered a S/M and it fit very tight. I didn't read the part where you should go up a size. But aside from that, wow it is so amazing. I have owned alot of shape wear and never have I owned something like this. It gives me the waist I don't have but wish I did. I would say that when you put this on it looks like you got a lipo lol

This thong really cinched my waist, but as I moved around I couldn't keep the top of the band from curling down. Great to use under sweats, but I bought it to wear under smooth clothes.

I loved it. I felt thin, felt curvy, my pictures turned out amazing. I think I may have gotten a size too small as the top kept rolling down. I usually wear a size 6 pants and I ordered a small/m. Next time I will go m/large.

I love how high waist these are!! The only thing I’m not a huge fan of is that it’s not completely seamless, you can def see the lines through dresses
