Had to wear this under a bridesmaid dress for a wedding and it did not disappoint. Extremely hard to get on the first time, but it went on easier the second time around. The little slit/hole in the crotch worked well to use the restroom. Surprisingly no accidents. Highly recommend.

I find myself having to fold at least two inches from the top. I’m 51, 104 lbs and got a small.
